| Topic: Brick Stairs Question | | I am a new homeowner, and I had my front brick stairs replaced last winter. Despite the snow and cold temperatures, the mason replaced the stairs, and then used heating lamps under a tarp to dry them. He promised to waterproof them, but never came back. I finally bought waterproof sealant to do it myself, but while cleaning the stairs I noticed several small holes or gaps on the top landing. The waterproofing instructions say that all holes should be filled prior to applying the sealant. Are these small holes "normal"? How do I fill them? I'd really appreciate anything you can do to help. Thank you. (by Stephanie) |
